A special conference rate has been organised by the Conference Secretariat at the Hotel InterContinental Sydney - the venue
for the ALAANZ 2008 Conference. Bookings must be made through the Conference Secretariat to obtain this special rate.
A deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation must be paid to confirm your booking. This deposit will be forwarded to
the hotel and the amount will be deducted from your account. All accommodation is subject to availability.
CONFIRMATION
A receipt as confirmation of your registration and your GST tax invoice will be forwarded to each delegate upon receipt of registration
form and full payment.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A refund of the registration fees less a cancellation fee of
$100.00 inc. GST will apply to cancellations received on or before 7th April 2008. Refunds or cancellations after that date will not be
possible, although substitutions are welcome. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION
The Hotel InterContinental Sydney will charge a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation if the accommodation booking is
cancelled within 30 days of the conference commencing.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
All prices quoted in the ALAANZ 2008 brochure are expressed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
NO LIABILITY
In the event of any disruption or event leading to losses or added expense being incurred in respect of the conference, there shall be
no liability attached to ALAANZ, the Organising Committee or the Conference Secretariat.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Registrations will not be processed without payment. Registration fees may be paid by cheque or credit card, (American Express,
MasterCard or Visa). Cheques should be made payable to: ALAANZ Conference Account and sent to the Conference Secretariat.
STUDENT REGISTRATIONS
ALAANZ have developed a special registration package to encourage student participation and further education in the area of
Aviation Law. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for further details.
DRESS CODE
Dress code for the conference is smart casual and business attire for the Conference Dinner. |
