General Accommodation Information

A special conference rate has been organized by the Conference Secretariat at Hotel InterContinental Sydney - the venue for the ALAANZ 2008 Conference. Bookings must be made through the Conference Secretariat to obtain this special rate. A deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation must be paid to confirm your booking. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and the amount will be deducated from your account. All accommodation is subject to availability.

Accommodation Cancellation

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A refund of the registration fees less a cancellation fee of $100.00 (inc. GST) will apply to cancellations received on or before the 7th April 2008. Refunds or cancellations after that date will not be possible, however substitutions are most welcome. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
